To provide support throughout the organization, as needed, working independently, with minimal supervision.
|Essential Duties and Responsibilities|
1. Having a pleasant and professional manner/dress in all business related activity.
2. Oversees/processes day-to-day administrative items (scanning, mail, etc.).
3. Excellent skill set for Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook).
4. Maintains confidentiality in all matters.
5. Share phone answering responsibilities with other administrator. Coordinate vacation, start/end of workday, and lunch hours.
8. Other duties as assigned.
Excellent phone skills; common sense; business attire/approach; good listening skills; ability to work independently; works well without supervision; can take direction without follow up; excellent communication skills; intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
